pdflib +universal doesn't produce libraries

Description

Building pdflib with +universal produces an image without any actual .dylib or .a file, that is libraries are absent from the package.

This is reproducible and seems to affect other systems too.

I'm on 10.6.4 using 1.9.99, I'm attaching output of port -d destroot pdflib +universal as well the list of files in actual imaged package.
