New portfile for KDE4 version of filelight

Hi,

I've made a KDE4 portfile for the filelight application. In order to distinguish it from the KDE3 version it is called 'filelight4'. The Portfile, and a patch to fix the icon is available here

It works fine, for me.

One minor issue is I haven't been able to find a tarball on the web that can be downloaded during installation, so placed my own on the same server as above. Don't know if this is acceptable or not... Maybe you have a macports server that a copy could be placed on instead ?

Anyway, I made this a while back but thought I would submit it incase it is of enough interest to others to get included....
