kmymoney4: oxygen icon theme cannot be found

Description

2nd issue is a real error: 

$ /opt/macports-test/Applications/KDE4/kmymoney.app/Contents/MacOS/kmymoney 
kmymoney(21233)/kdeui (KIconLoader) KSharedDataCache::Private::mapSharedMemory: Failed to establish shared memory mapping, will fallback to private memory -- memory usage will increase 
kmymoney(21233)/kdeui (KIconLoader): Error: standard icon theme "oxygen" not found!

kmymoney4 somehow manages to run without the theme anyway, but it looks odd in some places... :(

The theme is actually present: 

$ port contents kmymoney4
Port kmymoney4 contains:
...
 /opt/macports-test/share/apps/kmymoney/icons/oxygen/128x128/actions/account-add.png
...

I guess this is just a configure issue. Will look into it...

Port oxygen-icons must be a port dependency. Fixed in r73385
