I see you're using ccache. Does it build with ccache disabled?

You don't appear to have cleaned after disabling ccache, so you were just continuing the build that had previously been configured to use ccache.

Should i simply stick to this or re-enabled ccache?, After Cleaning the dir as suggested, Texlive-bin port builds successfully...

Summary:	Port Upgrade texlive-bin fail → texlive-bin fails to build with ccache enabled

The failure is in building icu, it looks like the same bug as #23931. I disabled ccache for texlive-bin in r73382.

I'd still like an actual solution, if only because ccache could potentially save *me* a lot of time building texlive!
