ooRexx invalid checksums

Description
Currently, ooRexx fails to download and extract due to invalid checksums. I've checked all extant versions of ooRexx available for download from the official site, and none match checksums currently in the portfiles.

And they changed the directory layout in the source tar ball. I really wish the OORexx team would behave more like a professional development team and stop changing things around for no apparent reason.
