Please explain how this differs from the irrtoolset Portfile submitted in #27283.

Sorry, I did't know someone already submitted a Portfile for IRRToolSet already.

I see you have compilation problems. It seems to depend on if you have the macports version of flex installed or not. I'm trying to see if I can find a solution for that.
