rb-daemons 1.1.0_0 install failure

I have been trying to upgrade rb-daemons to the latest version, namely 1.1.0_0, from 1.0.10_0. I keep getting the error shown below. I tried uninstalling, cleaning, and doing a fresh install and I get the same error.

I have attached debug command line output and the main.log file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't reproduce. Could have been fixed by a ruby update.
