Update Tor (stable) to latest version 0.2.1.29 (security fixes included)

Description

At the moment ports only caters version 0.2.26 (stable version). Current stable is 0.2.29. In this version a remotely exploitable heap overflow, probably allowing code execution, was fixed. And the previous version 0.2.28 contained an heap overflow fix as well, this time remote code execution "wasn't confirmed, but couldn't be ruled out". All changes can be found in ​this changelog.
