py26-pyqt4 build failure in post-destroot

Description

In trying to update to py26-pyqt4-4.8.3_1 from 4.8.2_0 the build is failing with the following error: 

--->  Staging py26-pyqt4 into destroot
Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: error renaming "/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_python_py26-pyqt4/work/destroot/opt/local/share/qt4/qsci/api/python/PyQt4.api": no such file or directory

OK; same basic problem even if it's py26 instead of py27 ... I'll fix it the same way :)

Should be fixed in r75456, btw.
