git-core should always depend on p5-term-readkey

Description
Currently, git-core only depends on p5-term-readkey when installed with svn support.
However, Term::ReadKey is used in git-add--interactive and required for Git’s interactive.singlekey setting. Therefore, you should think about probably always depending on p5-term-readkey.
