Description
Upgrading latexmk to 4.22d_0 fails because macports cannot fetch the distribution file. All reachable hosts returned a 404 error code.
I am going to attach the log file in case it is of any help.

This was the problem:
:msg:fetch ---> Attempting to fetch latexmk-422d.zip from http://www.phys.psu.edu/~collins/software/latexmk-jcc/ :debug:fetch Fetching failed:: couldn't connect to host
but only a temporary failure (or some problem with your machine).
