Description
rsync 2.6.4 checked out of daily cvs snapshot fails to build.
problem apprently is with problems with the package supplied popt code and the file option.c.
I got the port to build by using a dependency on the dports package 1.7.3 and passing the configure argument '--with-included-popt'.

I've just made rsync use darwinports popt-lib (good idea anyway) - please check with 2.6.4 rev1 and report back!
