Install of libnotify fails: 

sudo port install libnotify--->  Computing dependencies for libnotify
--->  Fetching libnotify
--->  Attempting to fetch libnotify-0.5.2.tar.bz2 from http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libnotify/0.5
--->  Verifying checksum(s) for libnotify
Error: Checksum (sha1) mismatch for libnotify-0.5.2.tar.bz2
Error: Checksum (rmd160) mismatch for libnotify-0.5.2.tar.bz2
Error: Target org.macports.checksum returned: Unable to verify file checksums
Log for libnotify is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_devel_libnotify/main.log

I have tried the following to rectify the error: 

$ sudo port selfupdate
$ sudo port clean --dist <portname>
$ sudo port install <portname>

Summary: Checksum Error - Libnotify 0.5.2 → libnotify: checksum error because mirrorservice.org distfile is corrupted

Another corrupted file on mirrorservice.org. I'll remove that mirror from MacPorts entirely. See #28547.
