Please note for future reference that diffs are preferred to complete new portfiles; it makes it easier to see what changes you are proposing.
In r76883 I updated the port to 2.4.2 similar to the way you did in your attached portfile; indicated that the port doesn't install any architecture-specific files, and indicated the license it's under.
