gdc +universal fails during building directives.o and charset.o

Description

gnumake fails when trying to build directives.o and charset.o with the following error:

gcc-4.2: -E, -S, -save-temps and -M options are not allowed with multiple -arch flags

Don't build gdc with +universal, if you must then use apple-gdc42 instead.

Or install a binary version from ​http://sf.net/projects/gdcmac/files/gdc/
