Description
Since boost supported universal variant at r52381, now it may be possible to enable libopenraw's universal variant. In my observation, just removal of "universal_variant no" seems to be sufficient.

In fact you may want to revisit all the ports whose universal variants you disabled in r45525 because boost didn't have one.
