I also have Mac GNU Privacy Guard installed, so it might be a cause of conflict of some sort.

Summary: | defect : gpgme does not build, gnupg problem → gpgme: gpg.conf: invalid auto-key-locate list |
The logs say:
:info:build gpg: /Users/yves/.gnupg/gpg.conf:230: liste de recherche de clé automatique invalide
and
:info:build gpg: /Users/chrisalban/.gnupg/gpg.conf:233: invalid auto-key-locate list
Sounds like a problem in your private conf file; MacPorts has no influence on what you have in your home directory so it's up to you to fix this.
