I dropped patch-ns-win.el.diff, as it was integrated into emacs 23.3.

I've fixed a bug in the included site-start.el where the companion subdirs.el was ignored.  This prevented some 3rd-party packages installed in $prefix/share/emacs/site-lisp from being located properly.
