Please hold for now; I'm not sure if the RNC files are installed correctly. I'll check later.

RNC files are installed correctly, but are not always found by yang2dsdl. This is an upstream bug. I'll reported this at ​http://code.google.com/p/pyang/issues/detail?id=54. Will wait that response before finishing this portfile.

(Also, the Portfile is missing the dependency on libxml2.)
