Please hold for now; I'm not sure if the RNC files are installed correctly. I'll check later.

RNC files are installed correctly, but are not always found by yang2dsdl. This is an upstream bug. I'll reported this at http://code.google.com/p/pyang/issues/detail?id=54. Will wait that response before finishing this portfile.
(Also, the Portfile is missing the dependency on libxml2.)

Are you still interested in submitting an updated and corrected portfile for this, or should this ticket be closed?

I suggest to close this. The mentioned upstream bug is fixed, bug since I haven't used pyang in a long time, I no longer feel qualified to create a good Portfile. Sorry.
