Committed in r78583 with these changes:
- renamed patchfile following our normal naming convention
- removed md5 checksum; we're phasing it out of macports
- removed libtool, automake and autoconf from depends_build; "use_autoreconf yes" already does that; instead, use depends_build-append to add perl5
- changed whitespace a little
- indicate license
