gdm won't destroot, incorrect permissions on install-sh

Description

I have OS X 10.6.8 and Xcode 3.2.2 and MacPorts 1.9.2, and I've been trying to get all the dependencies installed for gnome, it got to gdm this morning and gave me this error: 

sudo port install gdm
Password:
--->  Computing dependencies for gdm
--->  Staging gdm into destroot
Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: shell command failed (see log for details)
Log for gdm is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_gnome_gdm/main.log
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.
