#30295 closed defect (fixed)

fhist parallel build issue

Reported by: dvincent@… Owned by: macports-tickets@…
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 2.0.0
Keywords: Cc:
Port: fhist

Description

When I first tried installing, the build failed as per the attached log file. When I cleaned, turned off one of my computer's two processors, and tried installing again, the install worked.

I don't think the makefile is correctly capturing the dependencies needed. The log seems to indicate that a y.tab.c file is being removed twice, and failing on the second attempt.

BTW, you don't have to disable a CPU to test for this kind of thing, you can just pass build.jobs=1 on the command line.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
