atlas install fails, hangs

Description
I've tried updating atlas multiple times, but it either hangs in a few hours, or fails midway. The error was something like shell command failed, but I had to restart my computer as a number of commands were not working after the install failed. I am using the latest macports and port files. I attach the log.

That log seems to be cut off in the middle of a line; I don't see an error there. Are you sure the compile hangs? It is normal for atlas to take many hours to compile. Maybe you just need to wait longer.
