sshfs: update to 2.3.0 from fuse4x

Description

Here is the patch that updates sshfs to 2.3.0.

It also uses sshfs from fuse4x (currently it is the same as one for macports) - this makes Portfile much more cleaner.

Forgot to mention - I tested it with fuse4x and macfuse and it works fine with both fuse implementations.

And one more important thing. The sshfs from fuse4x does not depend on any macfuse/fuse4x API. It uses standard fuse API only - thus this version of sshfs can be compiled with any fuse implementation (macfuse/fuse4x/osxfuse).

Optionally you can use diff against upstream sshfs. See diff against sshfs 2.3 ​https://sourceforge.net/projects/fuse/files/sshfs-fuse/2.3/
