I'll have to dig around to find out for sure. In the mean time, the other 4.7.0 ports are building on top of 4.6.5 it just fine. I'm committing as they build.

yes, the kde-runtime repository is still grouped under kdebase, see ​https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdebase
