Lensfun fails to build on 10.4, make too old

I tried install port darktable and at installing port lensfun instalation process failed.

Fixed this specific error in r87759. The next problem to fix on Tiger is: 

/usr/libexec/gcc/i686-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/libtool: unknown option character `d' in: -dylib_install_name

Fixed in r87760. Now it installs on Tiger.
