ncurses fails on Snowleopard to build.

Installed:
MacPorts 2.0.1 XCode 3.2.6 X11 2.3.6 (xorg-server 1.4.2-apple56)
Occurred during install of cmake

I could fix it by deleting everything in the directory /opt/local/var/macports/build and restarted everything.
