Description 

$ port installed python25
The following ports are currently installed:
  python25 @2.5.6_1+universal (active)
$ port contents python25 | grep python*-config
  /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/bin/python-config
  /opt/local/bin/python-config2.5
$ ls -l /opt/local/bin/python-config2.5

python25 is deprecated and scheduled to be removed in a couple of months.
