What's the correct setting for macportuser within macports.conf when using MacPorts 2.0.3?

Here's the setting within the macports.conf.default:
#macportsuser macports
Thus, the above is commented out. Should it be?

As you can see by opening your macports.conf.default file, the setting name is "macportsuser".
