Trac: Report on all the tickets on which someone added a comment or attachment
I believe a report to locate all the tickets someone added an attachment or made a comment would be helpful. It would be helpful to show people's contribution to MacPorts.

You should be able to use the general trac search to at least find attachments by a given ID; searching comments is an upstream issue, as trac ticket #7660.
