dns2tcp @0.4 checksum mismatch

Description

Attempts to install dns2tcp immediately fail. CLI error reported is a checksum mismatch. But inspecting the log reveals that the download attempt resulted in a 404. It seems that the package dir is missing:

The upstream server is giving clients the 0.5 tarball when they ask for the 0.4 one. Worked around in r93778.

BTW, the reason there's no package is because the port doesn't indicate a license.
