commons-fileupload fails...causing tomcat6 also to fail.

commons-fileupload fails to install on osx-10.6.8. All of the other tomcat6 installation dependencies install without trouble. tomcat6 requires commons-fileupload and so this problem prevents people from installing tomcat6 using macports. Right now I have everything I need to install tomcat6 except commons-fileupload. It looks like this problem has been around for awhile.
