Committed in r86209. with these changes:

  • kept the whitespace consistent with the port and our guidelines (used spaces instead of tabs)
  • no longer install the INSTALL file (it tells users how to install the software, something MacPorts has already done for them)
  • install the COPYING file (it describes the license, which is important for users to know)
  • add the license field
