Description
A unified portfile (and patchfile, which hasn't changed) for py-pyqt4 (24,25,26,27,31) is available at users/eborisch/python/py-pyqt4/. Please remove the separate portfiles and replace with this updated version. This also upgrades to 4.8.5 as well as addressing #31753 and #31693.

Looks good to me. We're moving all of the pyXX-pyqt4 to be under "michaelld openmaintainer" anyway, so if you want to merge in your work then I'm all for it -- saves me a bunch of work :) So, thanks!
