Description
freshmeat has been renamed freecode. We should rename/update our default livecheck. There appear to be changes needed in base (src/port1.0/portlivecheck.tcl, doc/portfile.7, portmgr/ReleaseProcess), in dports (_resources/port1.0/livecheck/freshmeat.tcl, _resources/port1.0/livecheck/fallback.tcl, and many ports), and in the guide (doc-new/guide/xml/portfile-livecheck.xml).

I think we should also rename all occurrences of freshmeat in the portfiles to freecode, especially since this this can easily be done automatically. I'm working on a patch.
