ubuntu has the package realpath

​http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/realpath

I'm wondering if it can be ported to macports.

That page says "This utility provides mostly the same functionality as /bin/readlink -f in the coreutils package." We do have a coreutils port. Is that sufficient?

I misunderstood realpath's capablity. After rereading its manpage, I think that it doesn't offer the function that I need. So never mind about this request.
