Update recoll port to release 1.16.2

Attached:

  • Portfile patch
  • New version of the patch-sampleconf-mimeview.diff file

The file patch-configure.diff is not used any more and should be deleted.

The reasons why I added the configure patch 6 months ago have not changed. That patch should not be removed, else the issues I fixed with the patch will be reintroduced.

Ok, I see most of the patch has been applied upstream. The only thing we still need to patch is the hardcoded use of /opt/local and /usr/local.
