Description

The port currently has these notes: 

reduce-algebra has the following notes:
  To use the PSL version of Reduce, add this directory to your PATH environment variable:
      /opt/local/libexec/reduce-algebra/bin/

I believe we can eliminate that necessity by installing a wrapper script in ${prefix}/bin. The attached patch does this and it appears to work but I have not tested it extensively. Can you take a look?

I can't think of a reason why it shouldn't work.

replaced_by reduce - and I don't see any binaries installed in libexec anymore
