Description
I modified the Portfile according to Carlo De Falco, an Octave developer. The change fixes a problem with framework accelerate flags in mkoctfile.
Furthermore, I added the variant +gcc47 for the upcoming GCC release.

Hi Lukas - I'm -finally- getting to octave stuff; just checked in octave-devel @ 3.6.2. "octave-devel +accelerate" installs correctly as is right now, without the accelerate patch from this ticket. But, I don't know how to test "mkoctfile". Can you attach some code and directions / a commandline?
