cotvnc @2.0b4 fails to perform a livecheck

Port cotvnc fails or perform a livecheck.

% port -v livecheck cotvnc
Error: cannot check if cotvnc was updated (regex didn't match)

Setting variables livecheck.regex, livecheck.type, and livecheck.url solves this error.
