virtuoso: change "disable virus checking" message

Description

The portfile for virtuoso has the note: "Diable antivirus when building this port." This could be helpful, if it would display before building! Also, there is a misspelling of "disable". I'll provide a patch that moves the note to a ui_msg in post-configure.

These need to stay notes but I agree with your suggestion to display immediately after configure phase: r90136.
