Have followed the advice pages on this issue, including switching to google dns, but no solution available. I suspect that the file has not been uploaded correctly or - indeed - at all. Log follows.

You'll have to tell us what server you got this file from. If you don't remember, "sudo port clean --all libgsf" and try again and it will print the address it downloads from; if it fails again, let us know so we can investigate that server.
