libvpx port fails

Here is the failure. I will attach the main.log 

[Users/bromo] > install libvpx

Please remember to use WikiFormatting, set the port field and Cc the maintainer, if any.

Duplicate of #33283 or possibly #33454. Make sure you didn't set developer_dir in $prefix/etc/macports/macports.conf, run sudo port selfupdate, sudo port clean libvpx and try again.
