xorg-libxcb fetch failed, missing 0001-Bump-xcb-proto-requirement.patch

Description
When I updated to the last port base, MacPorts says that cannot fetch, 0001-Bump-xcb-proto-requirement.patch, looks like is missing in the server.

Also latest wine-devel version is 1.4, not 1.4rc6 (But Wine stable port is updated) My internet connection is working fine. Thanks in advance!

The wine port is for the stable version of wine. The wine-devel port is for the development version of wine. If you want 1.4 (which is the latest stable version), install the wine port. This matter has nothing to do with this ticket and should not be discussed here further.
Ok, but in winehq.org (Home page) shows the 1.4 final version as the stable and devel version, but it doesn't really matter. The missing 0001-Bump-xcb-proto-requirement.patch is the problem
