Postgresql91 - wrong SIZEOF_LONG in ${prefix}/include/postgresql91/server/pg_config.h with +universal

The pg_config.h file as written by the postgresql91 port has this line :

#define SIZEOF_LONG 8

/* The size of `off_t', as computed by sizeof. */
#define SIZEOF_OFF_T 8

/* The size of `size_t', as computed by sizeof. */
#ifdef __LP64__
#define SIZEOF_SIZE_T 8
#else
#define SIZEOF_SIZE_T 4
#endif

SIZEOF_LONG and maybe SIZEOF_OFF_T should also be enclosed in #ifdef LP64 … #endif clauses.
