Description
The installation concerned had 4.1 installed initially, then was upgraded because ffmpeg refused to compile without it.
I ran xcode-select to change the location to /Applications/Xcode.app/..., etc

You need to rebuild python27. See wiki:ProblemHotlist#xcode43.
