Unfortunately, ruby-1.9.3 does not support Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, supports 10.5 Leopard or later.

I've solved this error. But ruby1.9 built on Tiger does not work with some of core features, such as thread.

ruby-1.9 does not support Tiger.
