Description
I'm attaching patch to update mednafen to 0.8.D.3 .
Version has hex digit so epoch is set. The existing patchfile seems unneeded, patched pointer casts for zlib and GL, those give errors with clang.
Please state if you need strict maintenance of the port or not, in the latter I'll add openmaintainer to maintainers to streamline patches.
