Description
This patch updates mercurial to the latest version and also adds a +hgk variant to install the 'hg view' script

Unless doing so would cause problems for some users, I recommend dispensing with the hgk variant and just installing the "hg view" script all the time.
That sounds fine by me. Should I resubmit the patch then?
