Description

I've combined the py-yaml and py27-yaml ports plus my proposed py32-yaml and py33-yaml ports into a new py-yaml port with subports for 24 25 26 27 31 32 and 33.

This obsoletes tickets 34078 and 34079.

Unification happened in r92874, but 31, 32, 33 haven't been added yet.

Also, the removal of python24 support (see r92875) means that py-nltk and py-smisk are now broken. The maintainers of these ports should have been consulted. Either py24-yaml needs to be brought back at the older version, or the dependent ports need to be deleted.
